This particular project involved repairs, repainting, floor grinding for a 30,000-square-foot warehouse, and resealing the concrete.
Omega was given a 2-week non-extendable window for full completion prior to the lease tenant entering the site. The work included two crews scheduled between day and night shifts to meet the deadline.
Flooring Rectification
Due to the heavy use of diesel and chemicals by the previous tenants, Omega used shot blasting and grinding technologies to create a profile. This enables an ideal substrate for a clear sealer.
Certification and Warranty
The works were completed 3 days ahead of schedule, and our client was provided with a warranty certification of 7 years and 4 years on the flooring.
